Health eCareers and CHG Healthcare teamed up to produce a webinar discussing retention and recruitment strategies. This featured webinar includes insights from:

The webinar was moderated by Cindy Slagle, Vice President of Business Development for Weatherby Healthcare.

The trends signify that many medical professionals are looking for new jobs. Other notable increases in applies per job per specialty include hospital medicine up 106%, infectious disease 87%, pulmonary and critical care medicine by 62%, and emergency medicine 46%. There is also significant growth in non-COVID related specialties, including family medicine and dermatology. Job seekers and recruiters affected by COVID-19 will find many relevant insights from the panel, including a discussion of the data points that have affected both groups during the pandemic.
